Warranty

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from The Quarter Smith, either in the store, or online, you can return your purchase in its original condition for a full store credit. You can return your pieces up to 30 days from the original purchase date. At any time in the 30 days, you should call or email stating your intentions to return and we will issue a store credit as soon as the piece has been returned and deemed to be in its original condition. Your store credit will be valid for a period of 365 days from your original purchase date.

Trade in and Trade Up

More often than not, that engagement ring may start to look a little small, or you just want to upgrade those diamond earrings. With most pieces of jewelry bought from us, we will issue you full credit of your purchase price towards a new item at The Quarter Smith. We would appreciate you bringing in your original receipt and appraisal if available. This does not apply towards watches. If you bought your jewelry at another dealer, and want to upgrade, no worries, we can help. We can offer a trade in deal towards your new piece being purchased at The Quarter Smith.
